Meet Tara,
the soul behind Soul in Service
Tara began her career as an international development professional. After mentoring nonprofit leaders representing 19 nationalities for 12+ years in 8 countries, her mother's declining health woke Tara up to her unsustainable way of working and living. She couldn't keep sacrificing her wellbeing to help others. She needed new tools and skills that her Master of Science and Master of Divinity did not provide.
Determined to learn how to value her body, mind, and spirit's needs while helping others fulfill their missions, Tara dove into the healing arts. Certifications in yoga and Ayurveda plus in-depth training in nervous system regulation and social emotional skill building shifted Tara's approach to people and program management. Tara combines... Tara thrives at helping people feel good in their bodies, clear in the minds, and full in their spirits at work and home. Excels at cross-cultural communication and relationship building with a wide-variety of stakeholders. Known for integrating diverse perspectives and maintaining an eye for the big picture within program and project management. |
